2011
Internship

We clicked during my school work experience. From then on, it was clear to me: I wanted to become a tax consultant. And preferably at FSW.

2011-2013
Trainee

From day one, I was able to work on exciting assignments and learn an incredible amount thanks to the dedicated training support.

2013-2018
Assistant tax consultant

After successfully completing my training, I stayed with FSW and haven’t regretted it: varied assignments, helpful colleagues, a great working atmosphere and an immense learning curve.

2018
Training as a tax accountant

I wanted to take on more responsibility in the office and manage a team. The tax accountant course was the next logical step for me. It was challenging on top of my job, but it also prepared me very well for the tax consultancy exam.

Tax consultant

It had always been my goal to become a tax consultant, and after 11 years in the profession, I was finally able to achieve it. With the support of FSW, I was able to do this alongside my ‘normal’ work.

Being offered a partnership so soon after passing my tax consultancy exams blew me away. It makes me incredibly proud – especially as I’m the first female partner in our firm.
